As we age, our bodies necessarily start to show a little bit of damage. This is nothing to feel humiliated about nonetheless it is typically something that we don’t necessarily appreciate. A good example of this is the appearance of crow’s feet.

Crow’s feet are tiny wrinkles that appear around the eye. They are also known as “laugh lines” or “character lines. ” But in spite of these flattering interpretations, they remain a basically inevitable sign of aging.

As we age, our skin starts to lose its pliability – leading to the familiar lines we refer to as facial wrinkles. A main reason for this being, our body starts to produce less elastin and collagen as we grow older – the two proteins chiefly answerable for our skin’s flexibility.

If you have crow’s feet already – don’t worry, you aren’t alone. There are 1 or 2 systems you need to follow to attempt to diminish the appearance of wrinkles.

- Use a facial cream: Some creams can greatly help to diminish the appearance of crow’s feet. Get creams that contain ingredients that boost skin flexibility such as retinol (vitamin A).

- Cosmetic procedures: Crow’s feet become most obvious when the skin around the eye is stretched – when we grin, squint, for example. A procedure such as Botox would restrict this movement, and thus limit the quantity of movement (and development of crow’s feet) around the eyes.

If you do not already have crow’s feet – fortunate you! But here are some ways that you can prevent the appearance of wrinkles that can appear around the eye

- Avoid overexposure to the sun and wear sun screen. UV rays can make the skin lose collagen and elastin which are critical to skin’s pliability.

- Steer clear of smoking: Smoking can accelerate getting older.

- Eat well. Diet can play a massive role in safeguarding the skin. Vitamin A, C, and E, are believed to have properties that can make contributions to skin’s pliability.

As discussed earlier, Crow’s feet are unavoidable, but don't worry because they can be easily managed with the methodologies mentioned above!
